When the order is produced, we send/deliver the team wear on the club’s address. In case of a large delay (several days) or orders failing to appear, will of course ship a new order, free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain islets is not covered by Post Danmark’s policy on day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas, in some cases, can last 2 days. All products are only delivered while stock lasts and we reserve our position on back order and discontinued products. We always reserve our positon on typos, stock control errors, and price changes. 

Right of Revocation grants 14 days complete right to withdraw from the transaction, applicable from the day of receiving your order. If you regret your purchase, you are granted 14 days, from the day of receiving your products, to return the order. You are obligated to return the product in the state, condition and quantity in which it was received. Returned orders cannot be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. You are obligated to pay costs connected to returning the order. We ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and that you request a refund, preferably written on a copy of the invoice. Moreover, you are asked to inform your registration and account number for the sum to be returned to your bank account earliest possible. The right of return is only applicable for non-customised products. For customised products, the right of return is non-applicable, that is, products where the customer has given clear specifications for production or where products received a clear, personalised appearance. 


Any product are exchangeable within 14 days. You must pay the freight for returned orders yourself. will forward the exchanged products free of charge. You are obligated to return the product in the state and amount in which it was received. Orders returned cannot be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. We ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and which products you wish in return. It is only possible to exchange products within the same, or lower, price range (if lower, we will pay the balance). If you wish for a product of a higher price range, we ask you to proceed with a new order.

Notification of Defects grants 24 months complaint, referring to the Danish Sale of Goods, comprehensive deficiencies determined by the product’s expected usage. The right of complaint does not cover flaws, damage, or deficiencies, directly or indirectly, originated as a result of mismanagement, poorly maintenance, violence, or unauthorised measures. Complaint over errors and omissions must be disclosed to within reasonable time after the flaw or deficiency are discovered, or should have been discovered. Relating to cases of complaint, pays the return expenses, as far as reasonable. Together with the returned products, we ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and the errors and omissions concerning the product. Products returned as complaint will be replaced by a new delivery within 7 days of receipt. If the replacing products are out of stock or discontinued, the payment will be credited within 7 days. Credit card payment accepts the following credit cards: - VISA – MasterCard – MobilePay. During payment, you will be informed on the exact products you ordered, together with the total price.
