Prices
All publicised prices on Tactic-sport.dk include value added tax (VAT). The prices contain no credit card charges and/or other or fees. These additional charges will, however, always be fully disclosed before finalising the purchase.
Delivery
When the order is produced, we send/deliver the team wear on the club’s address. From the time that we receive the products from the manufacturer, 1-2 weekdays will pass before the order is delivered. It is also possible to arrange a pick-up at our own address. If your order is delivered with a carrier: we always try to send your order as quickly as possible, estimating that your order will be in your possession in 1-2 weekdays after our receipt of the order. All products are delivered by Post Danmark. If you are absent from home by the time of delivery, it is possible to collect the package from your local post office. A delivery fee is ascribed to all orders from the current shipping estimates on our website. Parcel post WITH distribution. Here, you will receive a track and trace number where it is possible to track your parcel from us to you. You parcel is insured according to Post Danmark’s current regulations on lost parcels. If you are absent from home by the time of delivery, it is possible to collect the package from your local post office. Tactic-sport.dk cannot be held responsible for delays within Post Danmark. In case of a large delay (several days) or orders failing to appear, Tactic-sport.dk will of course ship a new order, free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain islets is not covered by Post Danmark’s policy on day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas, in some cases, can last 2 days. All products are only delivered while stock lasts and we reserve our position on back order and discontinued products. We always reserve our positon on typos, stock control errors, and price changes.
Right of Revocation
Tactic-sport.dk grants 14 days complete right to withdraw from the transaction, applicable from the day of receiving your order. If you regret your purchase, you are granted 14 days, from the day of receiving your products, to return the order. You are obligated to return the product in the state, condition and quantity in which it was received. Returned orders cannot be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. You are obligated to pay costs connected to returning the order. We ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and that you request a refund, preferably written on a copy of the invoice. Moreover, you are asked to inform your registration and account number for the sum to be returned to your bank account earliest possible. The right of return is only applicable for non-customised products. For customised products, the right of return is non-applicable, that is, products where the customer has given clear specifications for production or where products received a clear, personalised appearance.
Exchange
Any product are exchangeable within 14 days. You must pay the freight for returned orders yourself. Tactic-sport.dk will forward the exchanged products free of charge. You are obligated to return the product in the state and amount in which it was received. Orders returned cannot be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. We ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and which products you wish in return. It is only possible to exchange products within the same, or lower, price range (if lower, we will pay the balance). If you wish for a product of a higher price range, we ask you to proceed with a new order.
Notification of Defects
Tactic-sport.dk grants 24 months complaint, referring to the Danish Sale of Goods, comprehensive deficiencies determined by the product’s expected usage. The right of complaint does not cover flaws, damage, or deficiencies, directly or indirectly, originated as a result of mismanagement, poorly maintenance, violence, or unauthorised measures. Complaint over errors and omissions must be disclosed to tactic-sport.dk within reasonable time after the flaw or deficiency are discovered, or should have been discovered. Relating to cases of complaint, tactic-sport.dk pays the return expenses, as far as reasonable. Together with the returned products, we ask you to enclose information on your name, invoice number and the errors and omissions concerning the product. Products returned as complaint will be replaced by a new delivery within 7 days of receipt. If the replacing products are out of stock or discontinued, the payment will be credited within 7 days. The faulty product is forwarded to: J&P ApS Korsvangen 8 A, 5750 Ringe. Relating to errors and omissions, or possibly absent deliveries, we ask that the inquiries be addressed to tactic@tactic-sport.dk or phone: +45 30 15 23 03 before the faulty product is returned. Please note that we do not receive parcels collected on delivery. Reimbursement happens through bank transfer to your bank account. For this transaction, tactic-sport.dk needs information on registration and account number for your bank account.
Credit card payment
Tactic-sport.dk accepts the following credit cards: - VISA – MasterCard – MobilePay. During payment, you will be informed on the exact products you ordered, together with the total price. When choosing to enter checkout, you will be directed to a secure server where you must provide the following information: credit card number – expiration date – check digits (located on the back of your credit card). Afterwards, you must click “approve”. Only when tactic-sport.dk sends your order, will the amount be withdrawn from your account. In case the information provided is incorrect, tactic-sport.dk cannot complete your order. During the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email where it is possible to print the invoice. If you would like an invoice sent by mail, please disclose this in an email to us at tactic@tactic-sport.dk.
Security
When your chosen products are in the shopping basket and you would like to pay, you are automatically redirected to a secure server. From here, all communication between you and the server will be encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This encryption ensures that no one is able to monitor or intercept the given information. The actual transmission is approved by PBS and guarantees as much security as possible during the transaction. When you enter a safe zone, the bottom of your browser window will show a small “Secure Sever” icon (If necessary, read more on payment online at http://www.betaling.dk).
Personal Data Protection Policy
For you to sign agreements to us at tactic-sport.dk, we need the following information: name – address – phone number – email address – cycle club. We register your personal data with the purpose of delivering the order to you. The personal data are registered at tactic-sport.dk and stored for five years, after which the data are deleted. When we gather personal data through our website, we always ensure that it happens through your expressed consent, thus you are informed on the specific data collected and why. The data controller at tactic-sport.dk is Shop Webshopsen, phone: +45 30 15 23 03. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Data submitted to tactic-sport.dk are in no way disclosed or sold to a third party and we register no personally sensitive information. When registered at tactic-sport.dk, you always reserve the right to object the registration. You also reserve the right of insight to the data registered about you. These rights are given by the Danish Data Protection Act and inquiries in this connection are forwarded to tactic-sport.dk through email at tactic@tactic-sport.dk.
