How do I design my own team wear?

Our design process allows our customers to take creative control and we give you no less than 4 lines to choose between. Choose colours and insert logos on your clothing through vector format – send the files in ai. eps. or pdf.

I have a very specific idea in mind, but I’m uncertain if it’s possible?

We strive to reach results that everyone agrees to. That’s why we always assist you in preparing your design to meet the requirements of production. The design process does not stop until everyone’s happy. Contact us and we’ll have a chat about your design options where we discuss your ideas and expectations.

How do we find the perfect sizes?

We know that sizes vary greatly from brand to brand. That’s why we make an effort to find your respective sizes among the members on the team. Firstly, we offer a size guide that informs you about size, based on measurements of the body. Secondly, we’ll send a batch of clothing for you to try – that is, a sample collection where everyone can test and try the different sizes and pick a valid size.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order starts at 6 pieces – we know that cycling teams vary in numbers and we would like to offer customised cyclewear to everyone, including the small clubs.

How long is your delivery?

We deliver within 8 weeks of ordering.

How do I pay?

Our payment happens through Visa Dankort, MasterCard or MobilePay. Our payment systems are 100% secure.

Is it possible to return or exchange an order?

We offer our customers the right of revocation, valid from the day you receive your order. If you regret your buy, you have 14 days to return your order, from the day of receiving it. The returning order must, of course, live up to the state and condition as when delivered. The same guidelines apply for exchange of an order.

For customised products, the right of return is non-applicable, that is, products where the customer has given clear specifications for production or where products received a clear, personalised appearance.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

If misfortune should strike and your order doesn’t live up to our high standards, you have 24 months right of complaint, referring to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your items are defect, you must get in contact, in order for us to solve the problem. Read more about your right of complaint in our terms and conditions.

Do I have to create a new order if I want more products identical to an earlier order?

At Tactic Denmark it is possible to reorder clothing from 1 piece and up. Contact our head of office, Jacob, for more information. Here, you’ll find our contact information.

Where do you produce your clothing?

Tactic Denmark is located in Ringe on Fyn, however, all of our clothing is manufactured at the head office of Tactic Sport in Girona, Spain.
